If you’re a writer, trust me, you just know. Writing is something you just do. I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. I write everything. Fiction, poetry, essays, journalistic articles, academic articles– the works. I even journal nearly every single day. For some reason, though, I haven’t really blogged since the bygone era of Livejournal. Sigh. Those were the days.
But that was then, this is now. It’s high time I started a new online writing project, and this is it. Finally, a Blog.
You can expect to find all sorts of writing here, but I presume it will largely consist of political essays and cultural critique, interspersed with vaguely personal journal entries. My goal here is to start a dialogue with readers about current issues in the political and cultural spheres and to provide a creative outlet for myself.
